While hoping to find cool Bokumono items like the watch we previously covered, one awesome thing we found was classic magazine ads at Castle Ridge Collectibles. It’s certainly a treat going down memory lane and checking out these ads that have been delicately removed from their magazine-bound prisons.
Ah, the golden age of video game print media. So many familiar ads that were often the first time I saw those games. There’s even a few quirks for super-fans to notice too, like how Pack-In-Soft is actually credited for Harvest Moon 64, whereas the released version for North American audiences notably removed their logo from the start-up, replacing it with Natsume’s. In any case, for any collectors focused on the series, these nostalgic ads seem like pretty dang nice additions.
